that is fuels used for purposes other than gas, electricity and road transport.

This spreadsheet shows estimates of the consumption of 'residual fuels' in the UK by region and local authority in calendar years 2005 to 2020. Residual fuels are defined as non-gas, non-electricity and non-road transport fuels. They cover consumption of coal, petroleum, manufactured solid fuels, and bioenergy and waste not used for electricity generation or road transport.
